Q: What are your hours?
A: We are
open 7-days week by reservations
only. We can accommodate
most any time wanted. Reservations are
taken by phone only. Please

hours of 9:00 am-7:00 pm. We are
closed Thanksgiving, Christmas
Eve & Christmas Day.

Q: Is there a height, weight
& age limit?
A: Yes.

fit into a 42" harness)

There isn't an age limit,
providing the person weighs
within our weight limits. We no longer offer tandems for smaller children.

Q: What type of clothing & shoes
should I wear for zip-lining?
A: Closed
toe shoes & dry clothing are
required. Clothing should be
fitted & comfortable. Long hair must be pulled up &
secured or pulled back in a pony
tail. Jewelry is not recommended
as it could be a hazard and/or
break & fall-off.

Q: What type of shoes
should I wear for water
obstacles, water-zip-lining &
water slide?
A:
YOU MUST WEAR
WATER SHOES or SNEAKERS DURING
WATER EVENTS! No shoes, No
water!

Q: Are
life jackets required for water
challenges & do I need to
furnish my own?
A: Life-jackets are required for
15-years & younger and for
adults who are not good
swimmers (not furnished). Bring your own, or
phone ahead of time to see if we
have any available. We do not
guarantee that we will have one
available for you.
A: They are
required for everyone using the
twin water plunge zip-lines
(furnished).

Q: Can my
child join activities without my being
present?
A: Yes,
but only when accompanied by an
adult. You will need to pre-sign
a participation waiver.
Persons under 18-years and under must have a
parent or legal guardian sign a
waiver. Children 15-years &
younger must wear a life-vest
when participating in any of the
water activities. They may
bring their own, or rent one
from us for $3/each (price may
vary depending on number
needed).

Q: Who is
required to sign a waiver?
A:
Everyone ranging in age of
0-100+ who is going to be on
the property beyond the parking
lot MUST complete & sign a
waiver!
It doesn't matter if you are
JUST WATCHING as a
guest, or spectator to an event,
a waiver is required.

Q: Is there a lot of walking &
climbing to get to the
platforms?
A: No.
We provide a wagon ride to each
platform. There isn't any
tall tower or hill climbing to
get to your next zip-line.

have "one fits all" pricing.

event gets rained out?
A: In case of inclement
weather, rain checks are issued
and are good for up to 6-months from
the date booked.

Once you have booked and paid

Q: What if I
arrive late?
A: Due to the
extreme tardiness of some
customers and our employees
being on the clock, we are
having to implement a late fee
of $5 per person for each 20
minutes past reservation time.

Q: Do you have food & drinks
or can we bring our own?
A: Yes. We
have a snack bar and snacks & drinks
are available.
A: No. Outside drinks and food
are not permitted without prior
consent. Outside food & drinks
are permitted only for large
groups who are hosting an event
and they must receive permission
prior to the event.

Q: Is smoking & alcohol allowed?
A: No.
Smoking and/or alcoholic
beverages are not allowed at any
time. Also, this is a family
friendly environment so please
no inappropriate language or
conduct.

THINGS TO KNOW:
- We do not provide security, first-aid stations, lifeguards or life-vests*. It will be the sole
responsibility of the adults in your group to supervise swimmers and children at
all times during the event.
(*We may furnish life-vests in some pre-arranged
instances. We do furnish them for the water plunge lines).
- Completed & signed waivers are
required from everyone entering the property beyond the parking lot. This
includes all persons whether they are a participant, non-participant, chaperone,
vendor, etc.
Not Recommended if:
- You are pregnant
- You have recently had surgery or a serious illness
- You have a history of serious back problems
- You are under the influence of alcohol or medication
Requirements:
- Dry clothing and closed toe shoes are
required for zip-lining.
- Helmets & safety equipment (supplied) must be
worn at all times.
- Long hair must be pulled up & secured or
pulled back in a pony tail.
- Each participant must sign a release.
- Persons under 18 must have a parent or legal
guardian to sign.
- Children must be attended by a parent, or
guardian, at all times.
- Children 15-years or younger must wear a
life-vest (not furnished) when participating in water events.
- Participants must follow the directions of
their guide AT ALL TIMES!
- Smoking and/or alcoholic beverages are not
allowed at any time.
- Thomas Falls is a family friendly
environment, please no inappropriate language or conduct.
